We specialize in luxury homes, villas, farmhouses, apartments, offices, commercial spaces, and institutional buildings. We take up projects of all sizes.

5. Where do you work?

Primarily in Gurugram, Delhi-NCR, Haryana, and Rajasthan. We also accept projects across India based on scope.

7. How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on project size:

• Design + approvals: 2–6 months

• Full turnkey construction: 8–24 months
  We share a detailed schedule after understanding your requirements.

8. How do you charge?

Fees are based on project scope — either as a percentage of construction cost or a fixed amount. A transparent proposal is provided after the initial meeting.

9. Do you handle building approvals?

Yes. We manage all statutory approvals including municipal plans, HUDA/DTCP/GMDA clearances, and other compliances as per local bye-laws and NBC.

10. Do you focus on sustainable design?

Yes. We incorporate energy-efficient planning, natural ventilation, water conservation, and eco-friendly materials wherever suitable.

11. How do I start a project with you?

Yes. We handle standalone interior design, renovations, and fit-outs in addition to full architectural projects.
