We work at a very close level of interaction with Client at the design development stages and co-ordinate on the Client’s behalf throughout the Project with all the concerned agencies to ensure successful completion of the work.
Step - by - Step
Preliminary discussion to assess the requirements.
Preliminary site survey and evaluation of Client’s brief vis-à-vis the constraints of site, bye-laws and finance movement.
Presentation: Phase One: floor plans and details sufficient to explain the scheme along with sketch views and snapshots of the exterior as well as interiors.
Presentation: Phase Two: revised plans and details based on the feedback from first round of discussion.
Prepare required documents and drawing necessary for approval with statutory bodies and help in liaison work.
Preparation of brief specifications for the Project, also a rough estimate of cost for the Project.
Advise the Client on contractual matters and prepare for tendering and awarding of the contract for civil works.
Prepare working drawings and details sufficient to start the work at site.
Prepare construction schedules for the Project, which the Contractor is to follow as well as keep them monitored with the help of site supervisor and report evaluation.
Co-ordinate the Project with all the Contractors, Sub-contractors and Project Management agencies to ensure smooth execution of the work.
Detailed estimate and bill of quantities of the Project for the purpose of finance from agencies. (This is a regular service for Projects of civil costs above Rs. Ten Crore.)
Cash flow analysis of the Project to help the Clients channelize their finance movements.
Construction management specialised services using the latest tools of building engineering management such as PERT, CPM Charts, AOA methods for accurate forecasts of time of execution as well as pre-planned Organisation of labour and material resources.
Walk-through computer animated presentation for as built perception of the Project at the planning stage itself. Sophisticated equipment and state of the art software programs enable us to present you with a video clip of minimum duration of ten seconds, which takes you through a guided tour of the building showing salient features of our design.
Plant and machinery layout in consultation with the manufacturers. We conduct an exhaustive study of similar plants in operation in the vicinity at our own expense and effort for devising an efficient and clear flowchart for machinery arrangement. We also have associates who take up the jobs on a turnkey basis.
Environment impact assessment (EIA) for the purpose of representation to the regulatory bodies. This has become mandatory for industrial Projects above a certain magnitude as well as in specific notified areas designated sensitive in terms of environmental balance.
Surveying: detailed contour mapping and topographical studies to enable the Client to deal with the revenue and land development authorities as well as to facilitate Project feasibility studies. Geo.-technical studies evaluating the soil conditions in terms of bearing capacity and water table are also available.
